Resolved Question: How old to get a nose piercing?

I am 15 and I want a nose hoop like Kesha's (TiK ToK singer). She has a nose hoop. I live in Washington State. I live in Redmond, Washington. It's by Bellevue and Seattle. Anyways, I haven't talked to my parents about it but I will soon and I would pay for it and everything. Am I old enough to get a nose hoop.
