Resolved Question: What to do or see in these Oregon cities?

Hi. My husband our dog and I will be doing a road trip up to Pasco, Washington to visit some friends. However on our way through Oregon we will be passing by highway 97 passing keno, klamath falls, chiloquin, crecent, la pine, sunriver, bend, redmond....I was wondering if there were anything to do in these cities like sightseeing or even some great places to stop and eat.....We have never been on this road and would like some suggestions from anyone that lives in these cities or knows...THANKS!!...
