i live in Redmond and my fiancee lives in Seattle. i live in a house and my fiancee lives in an apartment. My fiancee lives with her mom. The Manager of that apartment building rarely comes over. but one time i ran into someone in the parking lot of that building of whom i suspect to be the building manager. a Friend of my fiancee's was driving in her vehicle and all we did was park the darn thing and the person got really testy about it. i was not actually kicked out of that place but somehow i got a nasty feeling that the manager of that place does not like friends, future significant others, or family members of anybody. me myself i don't drive i take a bus to get to my sweethearts place in Seattle. the building manager did not talk to me personally but for some reason i got a bad feeling (instinct maybe). My wedding is not until July of 2011 so this is why i want to know the following now: does the building manager have the right to kick me out if i do nothing wrong? what are things apartment building managers look for when it comes to what they consider as wrong or bad (name examples)? is there a duration of how many days you can be a guest in someone's apartment and if so what is it? am i worried for nothing?...
