Voting Question: i need candles for a ritual?

i need candles for a dedication ritual. problem is i live in an adult family home and have a past history of drug and alcohol abuse. i am clean now but because of this as a result they check my mail to make sure that what i order is not that. the problem at hand is the owners of the house i live in are catholic and may kick me out if they knew what i was up to with this kind of ritual. is prevents me from ordering online so i am going to address the following question the following way. first of all i live in Redmond Washington. i do not drive and take the bus to get to where i need to go and know how to get to most places that way. i was wondering does anyone here know a good store where you can buy candles for this sort of thing? i need to know this information as because of my complication of living arrangements i got now i am too afraid to order online and i cannot afford a PO box to boot....
